When you fill out a form, book a call, request a home valuation, or download a guide, I may collect your name, email address, phone number, the property address or city you're interested in, and any notes you choose to share.
How I use it
I use this information only to respond to your request, follow up by phone, text or email, and keep a record in my CRM so I don't lose track of our conversation. I do not sell or rent your personal information.
Third-party services
This site uses Google Maps for address autocomplete and may use analytics or a CRM to manage leads. These providers have their own privacy policies and process data according to their terms.

I may use basic analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
