How I got here

I spent seven years in car sales. High volume, high pressure, and a business where you either learn to negotiate and follow through or you don't survive. It taught me two things that translate directly to real estate: how to hold a line in a negotiation, and how much of a client's experience comes down to whether you actually call them back.

The VA side is personal. My family is a military family, and I've watched how a PCS timeline, a deployment, or a benefit nobody explained properly can turn a home purchase into a mess. Most agents treat VA financing as a complication. I treat it as the specialty.

The investment side is where the analytics come in. I run properties the way an underwriter would — real vacancy, real maintenance, the actual tax bill including Mello-Roos, not the listing's optimistic math. If a deal doesn't work, I'll tell you it doesn't work.

What I won't do

I won't claim numbers I haven't earned. I'm early in my real estate career, and I'd rather win your business on preparation, responsiveness and honest analysis than on a résumé line I don't have yet.
